I have a high deductible, but ADP gives me $500 toward medical for the year.

There are plenty of options to choose from but in comparison to my wife's much smaller company benefits were more with ADP

All the benefits are great. you can add children until they reach the age of 26

they had different levels to chose

It is relatively reasonable and kicks in day 1

Wish there were better options available

Best is the onsite physician which costs us nothing. Worst is the high annual deductible and out of pocket maximum

The high deductible plan is a good option for those who do not see a doctor very often. It allows you to pay a lower premium every month and instead contribute to a Health Savings Account which holds your money and never expires. ADP will also give you over 1000 dollars a year toward your HSA.
