Cigna - it's okay but coverage for major procedures is lacking. They have a buy-up plan available that covers orthodontics for kids.

Standard Dental package. Not a big annual maximum though, it could be higher as dental stuff is very expensive so this does limit the amount of work you can have done per year.

On the whole dental insurance typically stinks. AMD's stinks about the same as any other does.
