"The time offered is comparable to other places I have worked but it is treated a little differently. They seem to actually want us to take it to have some balance. pretty big change from what I'm used to "

Part-Time: commission is hard to determine when leads are updated. You may think you are doing well, but the pay does not necessarily match the progress.

They do tell you if they are going to match your 410K until late the end of year, and it's usually not.

For a large, lucrative company their employee benefits are horrible.

The hours are horrible. Sales Consultants work at least 60 hours a week. The benefits are expensive and have 7000.00 out of pocket before anything is paid.

this is a part-time job, and it does not have no benefits. You are only working 20 hours a week. Benefits are the commissions, but it is not good as you only make 1%

Their 401 K matching has not been very good but they do have Fidelity managing this. Health care benefits gives a discount based on a positive screening so my health insurance is very reasonable compared to other companies.

Though they offer a 401k they almost never match and when they do it is pennies on the dollar. The health care premieums are terrible. Got a family? Expect to pay north of $1200+ for medical alone. They claim they cover half of the total premium which seems like BS. No sick time either unless it is required by law, otherwise their is no distincition between being sick and being on vacation.
