Expensive, lousy health insurance. Poor 401k match and vesting. Minimal PTO they complain if you take but you lose if you don't. Bonus is impossible to get.

For the benefits that ARS offers the 401k match is a nice option. The pto on the other hand is lacking with too few days and no sick days to use. With that being said the actual insurance truth cigna isn't bad at all. Overall not the worst benefits package, but could be better.
