Benefits are average, but I was told that if I plan on starting a family then I should join the benefits package of my partner or get a different job. If you need good benefits (insurance, family leave, STD, PTO), this is not the place for you.

They have some inexpensive options with their $7k deductible, but their PPO plan is around $250 a month for a single person.
