Good Diversity program and a lot of help from HR

Too much diversity talk and things that have nothing to do with working. I'm kind of sick of it. They are bad.

For the post part, the team members were fairly diverse. I had managed resources from many backgrounds, ethnicityies education and was able to work effectively with them. Senior management tended to be more male and white dominant.

Good coverage and favorable for employees

Everyone is white in financial sector that I am in, they clearly have a lot more work to do on creating a "diverse" workplace
