3 providers to choose from - all same amount of $ per pay period (low amount) and all have low deductible.

There were a lot of choices for you to select from. Very personalized.

For a while they cut back on options for health care. Hope this turns around.

The health insurance benefits are nothing at all to write home about if you are under Managing Director level.

there were many options to pick from. all health insurance options were very good.

The 80/20% coverage plans = more money out of your paycheck, but it's reasonable.

The networks are good. Lots of docs, no referrals needed. The deductible is high (600) and standard Dr. Visits are not exempt from deductibles. There is no copay only 80/20 split. This ends up being EXPENSIVE. I ended up paying more for less coverage.
