Paid time off build by pay period, and you automatically get your birthday off as paid time.

Each is a franchise and benefits are determined by that individual owner. Our location is pretty great. Start accusing pto paid time off on day 1 and can start using it after a few months. Ours has only pto but it's more than most jobs just vac or sick time. We have the ability to earn more pto by working 8 hours of overtime in a week 3 times.

You get 12 paid days off per year starting Jan 1st of each year. No sick days, you have to use your vacation day as a sick day. Also, any unused vacation days do not roll over into the next year, after March, if they are not used they are taken away.
