Health insurance and other benefits at Baxter are very expensive. With all of the benefits deducted from my paycheck only about 50% of my gross salary actually ends up being deposited in my bank account. So if I earned $5000 over 2 weeks, that means only $2500 was deposited into my checking account. The health insurance plan's benefits are very unclear as to what exact benefits you get. I've had to call the place up a number of times to see whether they would cover certain types of medical experiences. I have to pay $200 out of pocket every time I visit a doctor.

Baxter offers a range of health insurance. HMO, PPO, dental, vision discount.

Cheap and thorough. Covers a lot and doesn't make you pay a lo for it.
