Good programs and they are expensive, the system is very hard to use and get reimbursement from for procedures.

The price for health insurance was very manageable and I could see how much was taken out of my paycheck each month.

it might be more then you need if you're younger. They offer new plans that work for single employees now that helps with keeping money in your pocket.

Health insurance used to be free. Now employees pay a bigger chunk of their health care plan cost and the deductible goes up every year. To keep from getting penalized on every paycheck, you can sign up with an outside company that has access to your health records and vitals (weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, etc.) Then they call you constantly to coach you on how to be healthier. There is also a paycheck deduction if you or a family member smokes. They do offer tobacco cessation counseling. Good dental.

Very well-rounded medical package with low to no yearly fees for enrollment, and low deductibles at in-network providers. Plenty of providers to choose from.
