Its continued to increase each year for the staff; officer's within the company do not pay for health insurance. In other words, the people making high 6- and 7-figure salaries plus bonuses pay nothing even though they are the oldest demographic within the company.

This one is a personal beef. I do not like Aetna. There are better choices. Booz knows. They got rid of them a year or two ago. And it's going to rot while you're employed there. So don't count on it. Your raise next year might cover your health insurance increase if you're lucky.

Much better than individual coverage

Health insurance is good with PPO and HMO options as well as Tricare. Deductibles are high on the PPO plans but that's pretty typical. Makes an HSA contribution each year if you complete a wellness exam.
