Work From Home

I have been working from home for the program I am on...

I couldn't work from home that much. However, I know there are projects that allowed that flexibility

Depends on your role and team

I have used this for one project and it was nice to work from home. The down side is missing the watercooler conversations in the office.

Working from home may be the best benefit in my opinion and allows for the maximum flexibility while going into the office once a month.

Due to the new administration contracts and projects have been impacted by lack of work which has either forced people to go on client side and/or work office. And there's been a requirement to go the work office at least once a week; however, that doesn't work for those whose work office is 50 miles away from their home

Good work life balance on most projects

If you can get on a contract that allows remote then you pretty much never have to go into an office. Less government contracts available these days with this option though.

My contract in particular is fully remote which is probably the best part about working here.

No current requirement to work from a Booz Allen office at all.
