The Cigna Choice Fund is the most affordable coverage option — it’s free for you as an employee and has the most affordable per-pay-period deduction if you choose to cover family members. It also allows you to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA), which lowers your tax bill and helps you save money on healthcare expenses either now or in retirement. Even better, Visa also contributes money to the HSA on your behalf.
