I've been a part of a lot of training at different jobs but this one stood out to me because they take the time to hit on every major area and to take the time to see what you need to work on the most.

The best about the job training here at Cellular Sales is that you go through a month of training before you hit the "floor" which prepares you for many different situations!

A few days in the classroom, a few days mentoring with a coworker who is also trying to simultaneously make sales and train a new employee for a few days. You're all done with training!

They'll teach you sales tactics stolen from the car industry, but offer nothing towards the products you'll be selling. You're expected to just know. But it doesn't matter - the company is based on lying, so you'll figure it out by lying your way through it!

Training is a month long of classroom and sales floor mix. No training that actually shows how to use their (very archaic) system.
