I find Cisco Systems Health Insurance is pricey compared to other companies.

It covered dental and vision and visits to my gynecologist and podiatrist. I wasn't able to look into coverage for mental health services before leaving.

For Health Insurance, I feel Cisco is outstanding. Employees get multiple providers to select from, and different types of coverage to choose from. Chiropractics, acupuncture, massage therapy, dental, vision, extended health care, counseling - these are all health aspects employees can get standard, regular coverage access to. And despite the complexity of Health Plans, choosing the one you want is a very simple, easy process at Cisco - probably the ONLY simple, easy process at Cisco.

The best thing was the number of options available

I had good luck with Cisco on health insurance... decent options available and no problems with payments/etc. I would say that over the last few years what you get has been dropping a bit (e.g.: one set of new lenses vs two sets was the new "norm" last year for the vision plan, but at least there was a vision plan). ;)
