Health Insurance

When I started the plans were great and cost very little. Over time they went to the high deductible plans. At first they gave you money in your HSA to cover the deductibles but then they started getting rid of that and just left you to pay all the deductibles. I suppose it's typical of most companies but the plan is much worse than when I started.

I have found very little that is not covered.

Pretty standard insurance for the industry.

Every year it becomes more expensive with less coverage.

Out of Pocket pay is high

Not very good options, Its expensive for employees

It is pretty standard for a tech company. It has gotten worse over the years.

Cisco has their own now teamed up with UHC. They give you 1500 a year towards your deductible in the form of a HSA.

Get sick, and it'll fix ya right back up

Rate wise it's good.
