Vacation and time off are great for the employee who has been there more than 15 years - they are grandfathered into the previous time off (or at a max anyway). The challenge is that there never seems to be time to take your paid time off or vacation. Something always comes up. It would be nice to be able to "bank time" or have them pay out the benefit in 401K equivilent outpay if not used. Now that would be a benefit!

2 week notice on PTO. Sick days are given when sick but you get docked a point, and Dr appt are given but you get docked a point for that too. Come in late or leave early you get docked a point for that too.

Pretty good amount of paid time off and sick leave. After 5 or 7 years it gets better. After 10 years is it great . The hard part is getting approval to take the time off with the short staffing and workload. I foreited time every year . You can't carry any time over into the next year.

They have changed this for newer employees to less time off, but still gives you a good amount of time to take when needed... My Manager was good about letting me take time off with short notice as well.

Decent Vacation time starting out you don't have to wait a year to use like many companies

Basic and not the greatest PTO system,by any means. I only worked there for a year and had just a week off for vacation. I rarely if ever called out sick.
