Pretty equitable for your years of service. You earn based on your bi-weekly pay period, but it all comes from one pool, so there is no sick time. Major con is that PTO is not paid out if you end employment.

Have 13.33 hours a month and 5 personal days a year. Drawback is you can not take unused time with you if you leave the company

It is PTO (Vacation and Sick Leave are combined as one) This used to be better, it was 1-4 years = 120 hours per year, 5-8 years = 160 hours per year, 8+ years = 200 hours per year. As of 2016 they dropped to 1-4 year = 80 hours per year, 5-8 years = 120 hours per year, 8+ years = 160 per year for new hires; anyone hired before Jan/2016 keeps the old scheduled allotment.
In California we can bank (2) years of PTO.

The PTO and vacation is another concession, I had to give up $2.50 per hour just to get PTO as a benefit whereas my FTE colleagues are given this without wage garnishment. I also only accrue 1 hour PTO per 2 weeks worked.
