Vacation & Paid Time Off

You get two weeks a year. Now when your veteran team mates have the next 3 years holidays already scheduled, good luck. Also, just because you get 2 weeks a year doesn't mean you'll actually get two weeks... I mean you may if you space it out over the year, but not all at once and you can only carry over 40 hours a year. So be careful, you'll end up with 3 weeks in one year with a week carried over from the year before and you'll wake up and they will dump your vacation after January the next year. In short, they will give it to you, but good luck on taking it.
