Its great benefits. Paid time off and does good for preparing for retirement. This place is the best for a great start for an perfect career .

Insurance is good and affordable. Company matched 401K is nice and you get vacation and sick time. Bonuses are available.

Company they use for benefits is obscure. Must vest to get 401k. Adequate package. Could be worse.

Each technician is expected to get between 15-17 stops done per day. This is painful somedays. Sales schedule's new starts without letting you know leaving you double booked. Management continuously adds to the paperwork that you have to do, then complains when the entire district falls behind. Callbacks can flood in and send you to the opposite end of your route. As a worker youre held to the "Cook's Standard" but management is exempt when they screw up. Not ordering supplies, or not covering vacation time. Go on vacation here and your route will go to hell in a hurry.

Health and Dental are NOT good 401K is great. Match up to 5% and 50% up to 8%

The insurance is fantastic and the company does offer several cool things company wide.

Medical & Vision coverage is among the best I've had. Coming previously from working in the insurance field, the insurance package is better than what I had while working in insurance. Vacation time is almost impossible to take due to "no help" to cover route if time off is taken. I've been with Cook's over 2 yrs and have never taken more than 1 day off at a time. Your given sick days separate from vacation days. Sick days do roll over but not vacation days. If you do take a day off, they will use up all your sick time before using vacation time.
