Out of pocket costs are outrageous. How do you expect employees in CA pay the same costs as those in Indiana?

high deductible benefits is just ok

Not the best benefits package the company could offer. The company is self insured and chooses to pass the cost onto the employee instead of sharing the cost. The deductible is high and coverage is low. Its more like a discount card than insurance.

Dental & Vision covered. The best thing is the employee medical center next to the headquarters.

Really good health insurance. High deductible and low deductible plan but do not think there is any net economic difference.
