Anthem BC/BS insurance is very selective for in/out network. High co-pay and high deductible. Better than no insurance but can be better.

There is a thin line on what physicians are covered. The physician may be covered but the office that the work is completed may not be. Thanks Anthem for a $20,000+ bill. We even called to confirm.
