15 paid days for your first year.
25 paid days for every year following your first year.
The number of vacation days is great with the exception of the fact that you cannot take any unpaid days off. So no matter the circumstances, you cannot take over your allotted number of paid days off. The other huge draw back is that over 6 months of the year are off-limits or "blacked-out" (this is in the spring and fall) and vacation time cannot be used during this time at all. This includes having time to go to events like weddings and other life events. This is a huge drawback to what is initially an attractive amount of paid vacation days.
