Fully remote is possible for many projects

It is lifechanging to not be forced to work into the office. Save a lot of time and money on the commute and lunch. It is difficult to imagine having to go into the office 5 days a week. On the other hand, I do hope they adopt remote work regardless of location, since they expect you to record which state (jurisdiction) you are working from for tax purposes, which makes zero sense to me. As global of a firm as Deloitte is, as long as I am connected to VPN, I see no reason why I can't work from outside of the mainland US if WFH only requires a stable WI-FI connection.

It is quite flexible and you get to qork from home more often than you coud imagine
