Excellent benefits including PTO, health insurance, short term and long term disability benefits. Great 401K match by the company.

UHC is the plan provider in the US. HSA plan premiums are not terrible, but they aren't great. For an individual the deductible is $2,000 then 20% paid by employee up to $4,000. when it is 100%. This is for "in-network" providers. This rating is not applicable for "expat" benefits where the structure and provider are vastly different. In that capacity it is CIGNA and quite good.

Good coverage for the price.

United Healthcare is the primary insurer. In network doctors seem to change frequently.

High premiums, little benefit.
