Job Training

The company provides excellent training for all its employees upon hire.

For training, they sit you down at a computer for a couple of days and call it good. If any changes occur they do not train employees properly for them. If at all, managers do not get involved with the training. They leave another employee to handle training.

Heavy reliance on video-based training, coupled with marginal OJT

Not enough employees not enough training

If you qualifies for another position, you can have an opportunity to get OTJ training.

They pretty much just threw me on the floor and assumed I knew what I was doing.

Mostly done on the computer. You have a half day training with an associate and then your on your own.

The people that came and trained did a good job, I still don't agree with the fact they only trained men on the forkclif when women should have been trained to.

Zero. None. Zip. Nadda. I got some computer training but no not actual job training.
