Well, is good to know but some of them, we can’t used in PR.

401K matching up to 3%, but not fully vested until you've been with the company for 6 years. I like the life insurance. I've heard the health insurance is good, but I'm insured through my husband. During the first year, you get one week paid time off. Employees are scheduled to work 50+ hours a week, but only get 40 hours paid vacation their first year? This is a recipe for rapid employee burn out.

There was not a lot of discounts and the ones offered were not worth it.

Virtually never worth it (e.g. fee-free banking but there are cheaper banks anyway, rental and insurance discounts but at higher-priced companies, etc.)
