When hired at Kohl's you will begin your training on the computer they give you computer-based training for the first shift following that you going to a training mode on the register and following that shift you are left alone. Overall they could be a lot better with their training methods.

Biggest shortcoming of KOHLS.
Too much computer and paper training. Most managers are inept at teaching or coaching. Too many times I've heard my district and store manager tell me and others to "just figure it out"
