Training i think could be a bit more in depth for new associates but they do a computer based training.

I learned a lot on my own so the training depends on the individual. Many people were bad at their jobs but would get moved to other departments where they didn't contribute anything.
They had good job training that was self paced and paid. It was very specific to Kohl's and would not necessarily be able to be applied to another job.

they train you some but you have to learn some stuff on your own or drive the bosses crazy asking a lot of questions!
