Very bad insurance. I went to the doctor when I had the flu and cost $45 copay up front then was billed $45 for tests insurance refused to cover a month later. If I hadn’t had insurance it would’ve been $90 upfront everything included. So how is $90 with insurance better than $90 without insurance? Especially when you pay about $10 a week for insurance.

Self insured company, premiums were very reasonable.

Inexpensive plans, but increased deductibles. Changes to optical and vision plans drastically decreased the choice of providers available.

High deductible, long wait before eligibility

Never used it, but coverage is comprehensive and growing all the time.

The best thing about it is it covers everything the worst part is there is none for paying prescriptions
