Better than avergae. Pretty good coverage even before deductible is met. Company will match up to $500 a year to your hsa contribution as long as you total at least that much into it.

Decent coverage for most things with a small copay that u can adjust to your needs by chosing an alt plan...the vision and dental are available based on the length of time u work and benifits increase to max after 3 years

Great premium cost.
Horrific follow-through with payment for employees who belong to the Union and must rely on NEBA to pay claims. Some of us are in collections because NEBA won't pay. The annual deductibles are very very high considering low wages. Very hard to save for when paying the bills.
