The plan is a preferred provider option (PPO) design, offered to eligible employees scheduled and working 20 or more hours per week. You may also enroll your eligible dependents.

Liberty Mutual only offers one health plan. Employees do not have the option of choosing between a few companies. Deductibles are based on your salary. You pay co -insurance vs co-pay.
