Some departments are 100% remote and some requires a variance of coming into the office depending if you live within a certain mile radius of one of their offices.

With Covid it was great, but now there's a return to office policy - although it is only two days in an office, which is decent. Some people further away from an office are grandfathered into a 100% work from home option.
