It is 401 k matching

Good employer matching, lots of great investing options to choose from.

10% matching, 100% immediate vestment. Not a lot of great funds to invest in. Performance is mediocre compared to my other 401ks. I opted not to roll over my military and other company sponsored 401k due to the poor performance of this one.

Employee contribute 8%, company match 6% and also additional 4%. So for 8%, company put in 10% and which is immediately vested.

Up to 8% matching on 401k

In my opinion, their 401k match is excellent.

6% matching at no contribution and add 50% up to your first 8% contribution for a grand total of 10% company contribution at your 8% contribution

Good plan, they match your contribuition

The 401k match at Lockheed Martin is average, but growth seems good. I'm happen enough with the plan
