-High deductible plan goes deeper into employee pockets and covers less.
-Pharmaceuticals through CVS cost 10x what they did through ExpressScripts.
-Incentive programs to reduce employee cost have been shifted to a new vendor (Rally) with incentives about 60% of what they were previously.

Like most U.S. companies this is an chopping block target. Past compensation packages where extremely great (union), but the current attempt is to cut cost due to high salaries and this benefit is directly in the bullseye.

The move to high deductible plans-only has been met with significant backlash from the employee population. In the years I have been with the company the health insurance premiums have gone up fairly substantially, unsurprisingly in this country. The only improvement this year is the company has finally acknowledged that they cannot pry employees away from Kaiser and has made that a permanent option.

High Deductible Plans Only. If you're single and not sick, it's cheap. Otherwise you pay a lot out of pocket before any insurance kicks in. Continued trend of less and less benefits to employees compared to the management and surround companies.

Health insurance is the worst. Huge deductible and minimum coverage
