Hours are pretty flexible as long as you are available between core hours of 9-3 or for any meetings you need to attend, medical plans are all high-deductible which has its pros and cons, pros being they’re affordable and you get an HSA but cons being all the deductible options are high. Also have options for Dental, Vision, additional accident insurance, life insurance,… 401k with a 50% company match up to your first 8% with a 2% company contribution by default. Did away with sick time and instead added an additional week of accrued PTO, so 4 weeks per year to start and that goes up after 10 years. Plus 100 hours of holiday pay per year, including the week of Christmas to New Years, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day,… but not for MLK Jr. Day, President’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Election Day, Indiginous People’s Day.
