"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Offers a traditional and Roth 401k with match and all insurance. Health insurance is ok but could be better. We have high deductibles and shouldn't. Vacation seems on par with other companies and sick and personal tune are good too. Being able to work a flexible schedule is a plus.

Aetna is the insurance provided and it is wonderful. The LM Healthworks is a fantastic incentive to have as well.

50% match on up to first 8% contributed which is fully vested. Also has additional 3% employer contribution, which increases with seniority, with a vesting option (3 years I think). Possible to get 7% contribution from Employer if you put in 8% in first year. This is higher at other facilities within the company. Vacation and flex schedule are good. Healthcare options are weakest link (high deductible plan).

Satisfied with the benefits. Do require higher copay before full benefits kick in.

Great benefits and outstanding work environment with individual support from mentors and supervisors. Excellent incentivized health performance from the workout facility.

Not only do you have an affordable health, dental, vision and 401k pkg, they will reimburse you 100% of your education if you pursue a degree while employed. They have tools to help with personal finance/budgeting, fitness programs that pay cash for meeting goals, employee discounts with all kinds of merchants for products and services, banking, autos, etc. Lots of opportunity to move up and great pay scale.
