Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Based on companies in the financial services and financial technology industry, MSCI provides benefits that are highly competitive. MSCI provides employees with three medical plan alternatives so that they can determine the appropriate plan for themselves and their loved-ones. In 2017, we offered a Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) with an Employer funded Health Savings Account (HSA) that over 50% of our employees voluntarily elected to participate in. Our Classic PPO option had no significant changes in the current year, while our Standard PPO option saw most changes in the out-of-network side. All of our medical plan options cover the same range of medical services from preventive to catastrophic and offer access to the same network of providers and facilities.
To assist employees in selecting the best medical plan option for their personal needs, the Benefits Team held multiple meetings/webinars. In addition to these meetings, employees received an open enrollment guide and were provided access to a number of educational videos, a health plan cost estimator and, a healthcare service cost estimator. As part of our three medical plan options, we provide new employees with four weeks’ vacation, a choice of two dental plan PPO options; employer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits and, a 401(k) plan.
