The plan is solid and if our stock was doing better over the last 3 years I would rate it 5 stars.

Every 6 months a purchase is made based on the lower of 2 prices. It's great when the price is going up, but that has not been the case for awhile.

Same as ESPP with other companies in Silicone Valley

Our stock kind of sucks, but you get to purchase at 15% below the price of the lowest stock price in the previous six months. So when you do the purchase, you do the same day sale to get your 15%. I wouldn't consider NetApp stock to be a good long term investment.
