3% match, I wish it was better.

Not the best but not horrible.

Only a 1% match....why bother.

Overall had a good benefit plan includibg the 6000 / year education cost reimbursement which I didn't have a chance to take advantage.

Their fund selection is varied and diverse through Fidelity, but their meager employer matching of only the first one percent has to one of the lowest in the country.

Many options to choose and customize. Super affordable rates. Many different categories of benefits to choose from. Many company paid benefits are provided from 1st day of employment for employee as well as family members. I calculated the company contributes over $17,000/yr for my benefits package. They even cover your "significant other"! This alone saves my girl friend over $8,400 a year.
