Too expensive without good coverage

I like that I have HSA through them

You have health insurance and a few different options BUT in the end it's run by United Health Care and they didn't get to be the largest health insurance company and make tens of billions of dollars a month by actually paying benefits. Overall the health insurance is pretty bad, says they will cover stuff but they never do and constantly deny claims for any reason they can make up. As an employee that's all you hear about from other workers, how terrible the health insurance is at Optum/Unitedhealthcare.

Medical and vision benefits are great. Dental benefits doesn’t cover much but free cleanings

The company PTO policy is good.

Health insurance is really dependent on the plan you choose. there are three different options. but they change annually.

Extremely affordable high deductible plan, I pay near nothing if I earn the points to lower my premium through the health program/app Optum offers.
