Pfizer also makes a Retirement Savings Contribution (RSC) to the
PSP on your behalf. If you were hired, most recently rehired or
transferred to the U.S. on or after Jan. 1, 2011, you are currently
eligible for Pfizer’s RSC. If you were hired before Jan. 1, 2011, you
continue to accrue pension plan benefits through Dec. 31, 2017,
and will begin receiving the RSC with the 2018 plan year.
