Losing coverage every year. Lots of bills to repay after initial estimate, and months after original bill paid when services were provided by in network medical facilities. Many after the fact surprise bills for x-rays, labs and other common procedures.

Easy to setup and use. I've never had an issue. Also gives opportunity to get money added to paycheck for going to doctors appointments, having a health coach, etc.

Offers several options. Great overall plan.

Better than average plan; however, few choices and benefit provider may change based on gfeography.

Good in network coverage and available doctors. The vision plan could be improved. Good dental plan with 100 % wellness coverage.
