Decent plan but premiums continue to increase

Premiums are high, especially if single.

Health care costs are shifting to employee through out American industries in general. P&G is not slow to adopt this move.

Best is employee owned. Worst is rising dedutible and cost

The health insurance coverage is adequate but the deductible is high. The dental insurance has very limited coverage and small cap.

High deductible on health plan.

Great coverage and benefits - I am totally happy.

Good coverage, but out of pocket costs are going up faster than salary growth.

Benefits are decent, but premiums continue to rise (not surprising given the state of the US healthcare market). The only really frustrating thing is the company went from 3 providers to 1 - meaning employees have no choice on the coverage and who is 'in-network.'
