The health insurance coverage is adequate but the deductible is high. The dental insurance has very limited coverage and small cap.

Benefits are decent, but premiums continue to rise (not surprising given the state of the US healthcare market). The only really frustrating thing is the company went from 3 providers to 1 - meaning employees have no choice on the coverage and who is 'in-network.'
