Adequate insurance for the price you pay a week for it

Affordable blue/cross blue shield HMO. Also Kaiser PPO. If you have a family it does get expensive but worth it

They offer a great health care program.

Insurance is cheap and only given to full time hourly associates.

Very inexpensive compared to competitors. Kroger is even less expensive and Kroger pays their lower-level (non-managers) employees higher.

Publix Supermarkets healthcare plan is first rate compared to any industry. They offer their employees premium coverage at the bare minimum.

Before the publix healthcare, I had what the ACA would consider a platinum plan through my parents insurance, and compared to the price of premiums for that and publix's, and the benefits, publix's insurance is lacking. It isn't horrible either, but it is definitely not the best.
