At Remote we empower people to take ownership of their own development. Remoters should choose and set their development and career goals, formulate development actions and execute against them.
Everyone at Remote has an annual $1,000 allowance to spend on learning and development (that is, between 1 January and 31 December). For your first year at Remote, this allowance is pro-rated depending on the month that you start.
