Quick, easy, and lacking in attention to detail.

Provided since it's union job. But you need to pay some amount for that. Raise is not frequent.

I haven’t actually done any official training, they just have you shadow someone for a few days before cutting you loose on your own. I like it that way, but I know there’s videos you’re supposed to watch too

if you are in good graces you get supplemental training

Interns are set free on their own once they’re licensed, assuming they had adequate exposure to the computer system and environment. Current employees are promised ‘helper’ training with new software rollouts, unless the company mis-schedules that help. Oops!

They do training as much they can.. Very easy working but it was not that hard... Heavy sometime

There is no training, minimal at best

Job training?? When I began working, I got no training. They just thru me in there; and I did alot of showdowing, to learn what I know now. And, made my own way to legendary customerer service, and other awards. No training, was given to me.
