It's only watching a video with a quiz at the end, then you receive your further training with the manager,

REALLY BAD job training. This was the reason why I was let go in the first place.. they expected me to train myself.

I want really training well more like learning by doing. They help u when u need it but they don't guide u enough in the beginning u don't get much direction. U have to teach yourself alot and learn from you mistakes.

There is very little training. Most of it is a slideshow on the computer. You're basically just thrown into your job and you ask your coworkers to help you figure things out. Training hours are paid, however.

The job at my store just got easier.. it is all touch screens now. So newer cashiers will have it pretty simple. They dont have to remember too many codes anymore.
