Most of us started working from home during COVID, at which point there were stipends for getting set up. I don't believe these exist anymore, although there might be something when you first sign on as a full-remote employee.
Our tools are set up for full remote/global access, which is nice. But of course there can be downsides to not always seeing/knowing your colleagues in a face-to-face way. Still, it's nice to be able to maintain a largely hybrid schedule. The number of in-office days are decided by your specific department.
