Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. In NYC, this now excludes Mt Sinai doctors (the hospital is across the street from the office).
For mental health, the plan's payout for out of network psychologist is the lowest I have seen anywhere.
And, despite the company's dozens of Slack channels for all kinds of things, there is no place to discuss employee feedback on the benefits.
